Who am I buying from?

You as a customer are buying a product from Jersey Oak Ltd. In the case of Jersey Oak Ltd products you are purchasing products manufactured by Jersey Oak Ltd. Sold by Jersey Oak Ltd. and delivered via Jersey Oak Ltd.

Where Third Party products from our selected partners are concerned, you are still purchasing these products from Jersey Oak Ltd. We are the point of sale for these items.

What are the delivery options and charges?

In brief, delivery for orders of more than £30 is free for Jersey and Mainland customers. Orders below £30 incur a delivery fee.

Is gift wrapping available?

Gift wrapping is not available by default. If you do however wish to customise an item or its mode and method of delivery, please Contact Us and this can be arranged. A fee will be charged however for adjustments made to products or special circumstances/procedures concerned with their delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For products we accept all major credit and debit cards via Payment Sense. Please do not send cheques to our addresses as a means of payment as they will not be accepted.

In terms of services we accept primarily bank transfer but will also accept cheques.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are variable depending on whether the product purchased is manufactured by Jersey Oak Ltd or a third party – or whether it is in stock, out of stock or on order. Please refer to individual items for their stock status. We aim to deliver all items out for delivery within the island during the next available delivery slot, which the customer can select at the point of purchase.

How secure is online shopping? Is my data protected?

Our online shop is exceedingly secure. Its data is encrypted beyond industry standards using highly sophisticated software. Jersey Oak Ltd. is not responsible for breaches of online security that occur as a result of hostile activity against the user’s personal computer or network.

What happens when I place an order?

Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and the details of the order you have just placed. Please check this email to make sure everything appears correct. If not, contact us as soon as possible. Make note of the order number.

If you do not receive this email please check your junk folder as it may have been placed in there by your email programme.

In the case of Third Party products when you order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then (where a product is drop-shipped) order the product from our supplier. When it reaches the island we will deliver it to you.

Where is my product?

If the delivery time stated has been exceeded. Do not hesitate to Contact Us for further information on your shipping situation.

Are the prices on Jersey Oak the same as elsewhere?

Jersey Oak provides exclusive prices for Jersey Oak products. For Third Party products our prices represent the best possible value for these goods once they have been imported.
